Dear Friends,

Its with great pleasure that our fellow Dutch - Indians from Netherlands have united together to form The Hindu Cultural Center (HCC). This was a long ongoing discussion for which the formal actions have been initiated.

For whom ?

This cultural center shall be open for everyone who has interest in Hindu culture.

Why?

The aim of this Nonprofit organisation is to make our Hindu community feel more at home by having a religious place for devotion n meditation and to spread our underlying principle of peace to other communities..

What shall we do?

In addition to place for worship. we shall strive to unite the community by celebrating festivals from various states - such as Holi, Baisakhi, Ganapati, Jagratta, Garba/Dandiya, Durga Pooja, Karwachauth, Dussehra and Diwali to name a few.

We also plan to organize weekly workshops such as Hindi and dutch language courses, meditation, yoga, dance, music, sports, social service to help ourselves and the younger generation connected to the roots.

what can you do about this?

At this stage we are approaching the dutch government for their support in arranging resources for the organisation and we need your support to showcase your interest by signing on this signature campaign. More the amount of genuine signatures, stronger will be our case.

Lets join hand together and stand out proudly to preserve, enrich and share our great tradition and culture.
