This petition is to first and foremost have the board respond to home owners on this subject, a couple of us have sent emails but have not received any replies.

Second is to have our contract with the snow removal company changed to include a caveat limiting weekend start times to at the earliest 9:00am, we don't see this as being a huge request as snow removal on the weekends is limited as it is, but this would allow most home owners a chance to have that much needed rest on the weekend.

Having snow removal at 6:30am on the weekdays are not such an issue as most people are getting prepared for the work day by this time, but the weekends are those moments where we would like to enjoy the peaceful quiet of this great place by having a bit of a sleep without a leaf blower shattering our dreams.

Additional Notes:

I have personally spoke with the employee's who are involved in the snow removal and they have stated that the Indian Bluff contract includes snow removal at 6am, they have no issue with coming later but the contract states a specific time.

If there is no concern with this subject and myself and my immediate neighbors are the only ones affected I will simply request the employee's to clear the snow on the south end (closest to Bow Trail) last, so that we are the last effected by this noise.
