As a net citizen and more importantly an avid user of the IRC network NetChat I believe I am _OWED_ by the network owners longer topic lengths.

My views and human rights are being trampled on by an extremist moderation regime that wants to restricts our thoughts to a piddly couple hundred characters. What is twitter or something?

We need to CHANGE this topic length to restore freedom to the good people of NetChat!
