At the moment, Laval has only 6 dog parks. This means that many dog owners are unable to allow their dogs to play and socialize with other dogs. This may seem like a small problem, but dogs are social creatures who need to meet other people and dogs in order to be properly trained. Disallowing dogs from playing together can cause them to become isolated which, in turn, makes them more aggressive.
