We tried this in 2010-2011 and I had over 200 people that was willing to to try and get rid of Hotwire but the lawyer I had did not want the HOA to find out about our mission until it was too late but a spy for Little &Young told on us and the lawyer back out. I have lived here since 2009 and I was tricked by the realtor and the developer into staying. It was only supposed to be $30 a month that is what I was told and it is my fault for being so gullible and believing the people I thought seemed pretty legitimate oh and my fist time building a home. 23 years in the military and I never bought a house. If there are neighbors still willing to to stand strong I am here. I will keep checking in to see if any new neighbors have volunteered or if the old neighbors are still here. Little &Young said the $72 is for Hotwire but if you call Hotwire they say that is not true. Little &Young are not trustworthy.

Lived here a month. Two cars have been stolen. many more broken into. Found a burglary bag in the bushes while walking my dog with bolt cutters and other tools wrapped in a towel. People throwing garbage everywhere. Wtf...we need a gate.

I am working security in Lexington Plantation at the clubhouse/pool as a 30 day trial run. There is a definite need for security in this community as I have already experienced issues with non-residents using the parking lot here as a meet-up spot in the late night hours.

This is interesting. My wife and I have a pending contract on a new construction home in the Manor at Lexington however, I am seriously considering pulling my offer because of this.

There has been numerous amount of times that I have had issues here in Lexington Plantation. For the past two years that my husband & I have owed this home we have had individuals come through and sale false flies, we have experienced incidents where individuals are going through mailboxes in broad day light. There have been people driving through the neighborhood with unmarked vehicles, taking pictures of homes, simply up to no good when you are able to provide me with some type of business card. I have experienced my home being invaded at night by someone shining a flashlight through my home. I really hope that this petition gets signed by every individual in this neighborhood because it is only fair that if we are providing the money to the HOA like we are, we should be able to feel safe. I'm not paying money when I don't feel safe, I'm sorry. Really hope this situation gets handled!

This neighborhood is severely overlooked when it comes to safety and security. No gates, no guards, no patrols, and no sidewalks or speed bumps. There is no reason I should fear my house will get broken into daily.

This HOA is pathetic. It's the worst bunch of scumbags I have ever seen

I am so happy someone has taken the initiative to start a petition. My car was broken into Thursday night and I am missing a package that was supposedly delivered early last week. Hopefully this will generate a good watch among neighbors.

I'm signing because our cars have been broken into twice in just a couple months and things were stolen from us. It's just not right.
