The residents of Lakeside Manor petition Windstream for one or more of the following:
1. Increase the download speeds in an expeditious manner. The download speeds are published to be around 6mbs. This is almost never the case. We ask that you upgrade equipment to a much higher rate.
2. Lower the cost in the meantime. As of now, we pay a premium price for very poor service. Even at 6mbs, the cost is not commiserate. Lower the cost so that it reflects the poor quality of service.
3. When the mbs are increased, maintain a low cost to the consumer. The prices currently do not reflect the quality of service.

I'm really tired of paying for Internet that rarely works at all and never well.
I've had better download speeds in 3rd world countries. We also should have a choice of ISP.

It is time for 24 Mbps download speeds. I would recommend raising upload to 3Mbps as well.
Faster and better internet please.

I hear that plans are in place to upgrade to 24mps but there is no reason that it should not be more than that in the Lakeside Manor side of Carolina Lakes. There are plenty of houses in this area to show growth and that there is still more growth yet to happen. More people need more internet, would like to be provided with something better.
