The university has formally reversed the decision and restored the preferred parking zones for carpools. I am currently coordinating with campus operations to ensure the signage is updated by the end of the week. This outcome proves that clear data and persistent pressure on facilities management produce results.
This year Monash University is relocating carpooling further away from the university to the top of the multi-level car park, which was formerly a blue permit parking zone. This relocation removes one of the major incentives for students to carpool â
We are currently positioned to reach the 100 signature threshold required to trigger a formal review of the parking relocation policy. I have prepared a briefing document for the university administration and need this momentum to finalize the submission.

Seriously? The top level is freezing in winter and takes forever to walk down from. Just leave the spots where they were.

waste of time. nobody is going to bother carpooling if it adds 20 mins to my trip just to walk in.

This is actually ridiculous. Why make it harder for people to choose the green option? Fix this ASAP.
