Hi everyone, As many of you know this is my last year in young farmers. The reason for this petition are the following;

•     26 is not old, in England the average age of farmers is 53.30.
•     Smaller Clubs relies on older members of the club to Compete & help with guidance.
•     I know a lot of people 26 yrs who still wish to compete.
•     Many young people are not settling down until their 30's (unlike the olden days).
•     You can be a young Farmer in Scotland till you are 30 years old.
•     It will mean smaller clubs will have more members.
