Really short sighted to make it on 45. There are no stops, no exits, no adjacent buildings. McCarran is 50 for crying out loud. I know you're a bureaucrat, but try to be a reasonable, thinking human being. here

This should not be the same speed limit as Mccaran which goes though both residential and industrial areas. Currently, the 45 MPH speed limit only serves to boost NHP's income by setting up speed traps on that bridge.

The average speed i see idle doing on this road is 55-60mph, and it feels pretty natural and reasonable. A 55mph speed limit should be the minimum.

I have been on this road once and thought OMG is it ever gonna be over? It's way to ling and big to be at 45. Even McCarran Blvd is 45 and 50 and it's only 2 lanes. Get real Reno City Council & Mayor Scheive!

Veterans Parkway south of So. Meadows Blvd. should be 45 mph. North of So. Meadows Blvd to I 80 it should be 55 mph.
