I don't think they should be on Amazon at all. I lost a potential customer this way.

There need to be some safeguards.

I personally have experienced people purchasing from amazon and not through me because I can't offer them the same price. It is frustrating, but I probably would not have had very great success with them on my team anyway. I do support the 20% though!

First and formost, it is very important for us to stay positive and make sure that whenever Amazon is brought up, that our customers and team members know that they do have a benefit that amazon can not offer. They are support to their team members, and we know we are getting unaltered pure doTERRA products when ordering direct from doTERRA international. Amazon sales made a big splash with my team back in Jan. But I remained as calm as I could and made sure to keep in contact with those team members is was affecting, to make sure they knew that the team support is something I offer that Amazon does not. yes I have lost sales to amazon. I know this, because I have been told by potential clients. But it is what it is at the moment.. Stay positive as best you can. However, we also need to continue to continue to let doTERRA know how this affects us. send in screen shots of those who are not in compliance to doTERRA compliance and have those who are unhappy email doTERRA international, your upline diamond team leaders and doTERRA compliance about how this affects doTERRA as a whole and us personally for our businesses. Great read...

I agree. As an IPC, I don't get to pay less than wholesale (plus free shipping), so why can others? Why lose sales when others get a great deal (though no guarantee that the oil is safe/cared for/etc...).

Unfair.

I think it is unfair for them to be selling them for a price that an IPC can't get them for!

I agree! This needs to stop.

I agree! I just signed up and googled Immortelle and I could by it on Amazon for $56, and as an IPC I would pay $69.50 plus shipping from Doterra?

It shouldn't be allowed at all, because what's the point of even being a distributor and doing all the work to get customers to buy from your website when someone can buy it for less than your potential customers can online?? As a new distributor and learning this I almost don't even want to be involved anymore as I can by all the product from Amazon for cheaper...someone is selling Immortelle for $56, cheaper than I can buy it from as a distributor????

We do spend a lot of time teaching and as this cmes up all the time it takes away ffrom the trus mission of doTERRA around education.
