Of course the bus has to be single decker because of the bridge, but given all the new flats along the route it definintely needs to be more frequent. I often have a long wait.

Frequency seems to have declined over past year. Lots of 15-20 mon gaps when the schedule says every 8 mins.

Definitely need a more frequent service. A 13 minute wait is way too long for a much needed service.

Please increase the capacity of the 170 bus. I've been using this route for 9yrs and there has been an increased number of passengers over the years and still the same bus with a few seats. Also on multiple occasions bus driver had to say no to passengers waiting on the bus stop due to the full bus.

This has been an horrendous service for a long time. Do what you advertise and run every 7-9 mins in the peak periods. Buses are ALWAYS overcrowded and run to their own agenda. You quite clearly are not running enough of them either.

Bus 170 should increase their services as commuters using them are growing.
Should be a bigger bus.
