It needs a double decker bus and should follow the other buses route.
It can get very dangerous with the amount of people that use this service.

This service really needs improving, always full in the mornings towards Victoria, then highly unreliable timings coming back the other way.

The 170 is key to my daily commute and I find it frustrating when it’s full and I can’t get on. It’s a great bus, we just need more buses on the route during busy times.

The bus frequency should be every 5-6mns all the time. The Lombard road area has lot of building sites for more block of flats so it is normal to increase with the higher number of residents living in this area.

Not enough buses run at busy times, always overcrowded in the morning rush hour especially...and then in the evening rush hour, the bus sits at Victoria bus station for so long ‘regulating the service’ which is just an excuse for the shortage in the service.

It's so hard to collect my daughter from school and get back with her due to having a 10 month old in a buggy as there's never any buggy space also even without my youngest daughter it's hard for us to get a bus back with even the two of us. We always find ourselves walking home

Definitely need it between peak hours of 8 and 9am. Usually so packed. Need to wait for bus after bus before let on. Always packed to the brim. Not a nice way to start the day. Please help.
