I am on SSI and Suffer from severe depression, P.T.S.D, I.B.S, and Incontinence.  I Can't afford my protection without some sort of help and my Utah Medicaid will not pay for them, I want them to help with the cost and/or get me some help to get my diapers for my Incontinence. People misuse the system and everyone has to pay for it and they should make the person that misused them pay it back. I am sick of always being depressed and having to stay home because I have a limited income and can not afford these all the time without having to get a script from a doctor
