we go to a school that promotes justice for all.. so why is there inconsistent punishment and favoritism? We are all equal, so why should our punishments be unequal? This is unjust.

you can't just arbitrarily pick and choose who you're going to punish and how severe the punishment will be. The favoritism needs to stop. The inconsistency needs to stop. Let him walk or Walsh Jesuit will never heard the end of this.

i do not go to Walsh, but I think almost every school is subject to this (maybe not with this specific line of events, but inconsistent punishment in general.)

pat should be allowed back in school and to walk at graduation. He should still be punished but he should only receive the usual school punishment for the "crime" he committed
