We the citizens of the City of Doral and of Miami Dade County request that the City of Doral be allowed to participate in the revenue sharing formal for the existing revenue stream generated by the People's Transportation Plan (PTP). As such we would directly ask the Miami Dade County Board of Commissioners and Mayor Carlos Gimenez to amend the existing agreements to include the City of Doral. As tax paying citizens of Miami Dade County it is only correct that the City of Doral receive funding from the PTP allocated to municipalities for road and transportation projects. We the citizens of Doral petition the Board of County Commissioners and County Mayor Carlos Gimenez to move the necessary legislation to include the City of Doral in the People's Transportation Plan.
