Alabama has eight (8) Homeless Continuum of Care Coalitions that regionally coordinate services for homelessness, and each continuum maintains a network of organizations that provide direct services in your community. Really hopin more clinics get on board with this. its so easy to miss these things when you are just staring at forms all day.
