As evidenced by our signatures below, we request that a 4th Neighborhood meeting (second "Official" meeting) be held by the Applicant, Frank Theis, for the re-zoning application for 685 Peak View Drive Estes Park, Colorado. The Applicant failed to submit what he told, and presented to, those in attendance at the "Official" Neighborhood Meeting that took place on Monday, March 6, 2023. The Applicant must present, to the Adjacent Property Owners and to the Public, what he submitted to the Town, with his full application, at another "Official" meeting.

I AM CURRENTLY DEMANDING CLARITY FROM TOWN OFFICIALS REGARDING THE INACCURATE SUBMISSIONS WE HAVE UNCOVERED!! THE ABSOLUTE LACK OF TRANSPARENCY FROM THE APPLICANT IS PRECISELY WHY WE NEED THIS NEW MEETING TO HAPPEN NOW!! STAY TUNED BECAUSE WE ARE NOT LETTING THIS SLIDE UNTIL THEY SHOW US THE REAL PLANS!!

THAT MOMENTUM IS ABSOLUTELY ELECTRIC!! WE ARE FINALLY SHOWING THE TOWN THAT WE DEMAND THE TRUTH ABOUT THIS RE-ZONING APPLICATION!!

TOTAL LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. Frank knows better. Just show us the real plans already.

The plans kept changing every time we turned around. We need to see what he actually sent to the town before anything moves forward.

Very confusing public meeting information, then rezoning submittal was different yet!

Frank hasn’t followed any of the rules. He knew when he bought 685 peak view drive that it was zoned 1 home/acre. Just still with the plan

I attended all 3 neighborhood meetings. A different plan was discussed at each meeting and a 4th plan not presented at the meetings was submitted to the town.

The application submitted to the city is different plans from the 3 other meetings Developer held in which over 50+ residents attended in a room with a capacity of 49, he is under guidance of community development and sat on both planning and comprehensive plan committees at times with more knowledge than most so not sure why it is so complicated to communicate clearly.

Applicants meetings did not reflect what was submitted to the town.
