We, the undersigned, deem the reduction and/or elimination of unemployment benefits afforded in HR 1450 to be unnecessary and harmful to the workforce. We also feel that all other options, such as a complete overhaul of the claims system, have not been exhausted before taking this drastic measure. As concerned and affected citizens of the state of Indiana we request that: 1) HR 1450 be withdrawn immediately. 2) There be a full review and evaluation of the Department of Workforce Development's unemployment claims infrastructure.
