Thank you Rise Up Ocean County for all you do in the greater good for all residents of your area. But you are not alone - we are fighting the same fight in Rockland County, Orange County, and Sullivan Counties in New York. We need to keep abreast of all developments and especially today, with the treat of global warming - protect our natural resources for all future generations. There cannot be one group that operates to the detriment of another - we all have equal rights, and we all need to stand together and show respect for all residents of this Tri-State area.

I have been living in Ocean County for over 30 years & have witnessed the disatrrous change in Lakewood & is slowly making its way to surrounding towns. Tax payer monies & law suits have been used to advance their agenda & lifestyle. That is only what I object to. The government system has been used to their advantage & is finally being exposed through social media.

Pretty soon we won’t be able to afford to live in my home because our taxes will continue to rise to supplement those who don’t pay taxes.

What is happening to our ecosystem can NOT be tolerated any further. The continuance of development of Ocean county into massive multi-family structured neighborhoods is criminal, given the Environmental laws put in place to protect the Pine Barrens and watershed since 1970. IT is time to put a stop to this madness once and for all.

Keep up the great job as we must stand together and show them we will not be pushed aside. We too can stick together and keep them out of our towns

The population exploded in Lakewood over the last 15-20 years. It is very concerning. It is impacting the roads, the waterways, all the utilities. The congestion in Lakewood is horrible. Too many housing developments are being built. It is negatively impacting the reputation of the city.

Thank you for your efforts to fight overpopulation, over development, and corruption in OC, my lifelong home.

I have never seen hatred or anti Semitic rhetoric on this site. however, it does point out actions which are rejected by us in the county and neighboring communities to which we also are entitled. Our community is good. We do not abide by their religious rules which spill outside of a house of worship. We do not agree with that. Here in the US, we abide by governing rules and laws, not a religious guide book. They need to know there is a LIMIT to where their religious laws over step the definition of religious freedom.

Nothing anti-Semitic about this movement. We need to harness the groups that are devastating the county and destroying the heritage.

This page has absolutely nothing to do with religion and everything to do with over development, crumbling infrastructure, failing public schools, quality of the environment, fraud and corruption.

Politicians that see and act for what’s good for the whole community are the ones we are looking for. Those that disregard the needs and rights of some to advance the position of others should be out.
