Patrik has been coaching my son for many years privately and as a coach for the Westhill boys varsity tennis team. Patrik is the face of Westhill tennis! He is dedicated to making sure his players stay active in the sport not only during the tennis season but all year round. He is vested in the success off each team member. Such dedication is rare these days.

In my one year on his team so far, Patrik has given me the impression that he truly cares for the best of the team and each individual player. He has worked extremely hard with these kids and he deserves to be reinstated.

Patrick is the best high school coach there is. I have won two doubles state titles with him and have gotten to the finals of the singles tournament as well. He puts more effort into the program than any other coach at Westhill or even fciac sports. He has also won more state titles at Westhill than other coach.

My son has been on a tennis team for several years now and loved coach Patrick Vician. It would be a huge loss for the Westhill Tennis team if he is not reinstated.

We would like to see Westhill High School reinstate Patrick as a coach. My son has seen his tennis skills improve tremendously under his guidance, much like many other kids. This isn't about termination of a job, it is about termination of a bond that has taken years to develop.

Please reinstate Patrik as the Westhill Tennis Coach. His long hours of dedication have made our tennis players take pride in their sport and school. Patrik has also created an atmosphere of camaraderie that is quite rare in the sport of tennis -- he's irreplaceable and we demand that you reinstate him.

Patrick is a great coach. He trained my son and I watched him a lot training others while I was playing on the next court. Great coach is the one who cares , the one who loves to teach, the one who can notice that particular student errors and teach how to avoid them. Patrick can do all of that and more - he can deal with kids, teens included, he can motivate them to work hard and get results. And kids can sense those who care , and they love them back. Please do not trust petitions - go back to his students and check, they love him despite the fact that he is demanding coach and ask a lot from every student. Great coaches are hard to find - please keep Patrick in action!

I have known Patrik for atleast 7 years as my son Kunal was on the Westhill varsity team and now my other son Arjun is. I have interacted with Patrik many times over the years and cannot say enough good things about Patrik as a person and coach. I am all in favor of re-instating Patrik and do not want to lose him as a coach. It would be a huge loss to Westhill and the tennis team.
