Our faith is not really tested until God asks us to bear what seems unbearable; to do what seems unreasonable and expect what seems impossible. This will not break Frank it WILL make him stronger!!

Justice was NOT served by impugning the integrity of Frank Oldham, Jr. He should be released, pardoned, given an automatic reinstatement of his civil rights, & reimbursed expenses. His integrity forced him as "Captain of the Ship" to accept responsibility but we should know others on the board of directors did HAVE a Fiduciary Trust to Identify their individual Conflicts of Interest & Competing Responsibilities from membership on other boards.

Frank is a good, decent man and was made a fall guy for overly ambitious, under-qualified self-aggrandizers. This awful situation has been profoundly unjust for a man whose career has been devoted to social justice.

Frank has made invaluable contributions for over 3 decades to prevent HIV and improve the lives of people living with HIV. His life long commitment must be considered!

I salute Frank Oldham and thank him for his many contributions to those living with HIV. Certainly he should not be sent to jail for taking what he thought he was entitled to!

Frank has changed the lives of so many across the US. He even paid back what was taken. I was deeply troubled when I heard the news of his sentencing as this is seems extreme.

The services rendered by Frank Oldham to the community should be fully considered when sentencing and, in my opinion, they would not support any time assigned to incarceration.

Frank is a deeply good person, and he has devoted thirty years to serving people who like him (and me) live with what is now the world's most famous virus. Who cares that he may have miscalculated the boundary between proper and improper uses of the company credit card? As a (long since retired) lawyer, I think his view that his use of the card was legitimate is at very least arguable. As a man who has now lived with HIV for nearly forty years, I think the good Frank has done for all people livings with the virus makes a matter of a few thousand dollars, when NAPWA in its last days was unable to pay payroll and Frank needed to pay his rent, almost irrelevant, and a very proper subject for leniency.
