She's wrong about Scottish Independence.
She's correct about women's rights to single-sex spaces.

Being able to distinguish men from women is not a hate crime. Standing up for women's rights in the face of threats and abuse from an absurd neo-religion is heroic.

The misogyny directed at JKR should concern all reasonable people. The vile abuse she gets, never, ever challenges something specific JKR has said nor explains why it is wrong. Instead they resort to misogynistic insults and threats in attempt to cancel her or portray her as some extremist. You only have to read the thousands of supportive comments JKR receives from women, many of whom have suffered appalling abuse from men or help those that have, to understand how important a voice JKR has become in supporting women's rights. She has explained in detail the reasons women need female only spaces, in areas such as women's refuges, safe spaces, etc. and made it clear none of this is transphobic, nor has said she said that trans women would be predators. She just recognises male predators (non trans, etc.) will exploit this to the full, as they have done in the priesthood and where ever else they can gain access to vulnerable women or children. She also recognises that many women who have been badly abused do not want ANY males around, when they are in a vulnerable position, whether or not they be good or bad.
Bioigical science is crystal clear and rhymes with everyday knowledge and common sense. Women exist and they will not be erased - they've fought for far to long to give up on womanhood now.
