I stand with Jo. Women’s rights must defended; so must children’s. Freedom of speech matters, death & rape threats must stop.

This whole campaign which has taken her comments and turned them into something else entirely has been a ridiculous sham. Enough is enough.

Debate isn’t hate. Disagreeing with a strategy does not mean disagreeing with a goal (ie. happiness, inclusion and best of health for trans people)

I defend your write to say what you believe and not to be hung for it by people hiding behind wimpy platforms drunk on their own self righteous hate ironically while espousing tolerance and defending a vilified, marginalised. I also applaud her brave heart and courage to stand by her convictions and not cave in to the pressure to be likeable or trying to appease the shrieking mob. Utter respect. I stand by you JK.

JK Rowling has never said anything transphobic or hateful she just said things people dont like to hear and she has been vilified in ways we have rarely seen, but is now common to women and much less common for men. I think that speaks volumes

I will add my name because JKR is a brave and courageous woman who has said nothing wrong and nothing cruel. This whole campaign against her is a misogynistic attack designed to silence any woman speaking out for women and more importantly for our girls.

The misogynistic abuse Rowling has been subjected to is a disgrace.
