JK Rowling has faced a horrendous backlash for speaking up for women and children and giving a voice to those of us who stood to lose our platforms and livelihoods for stating biological truths and standing up for women and children. She is probably one of the main reasons why the tide finally seems to be changing and I’m an even bigger fan of her than I was when all I knew her for was Harry Potter.
