Hate and cyberbullying from trans people does not help any cause. Most of these people have not even read what JK said.

Standing up for the rights of women and girls and supporting safe spaces for themis not transphobic.
Voicing concerns when the safeguarding of children is being undermined is not transphobic.
Expressing solidarity with and support for trans people, whilst acknowledging that some trans activists' demands undermine the rights and safety of women and girls is commendable and also not transphobic. It is ludicrous and unacceptable that Joanne Rowling has been attacked, slandered and 'cancelled', rather than commended, for doing all of these fundamentally decent things. I stand four square behind Ms Rowling and everyone else who has experienced similar treatment.

Misogynistic abuse is never ok. If you can't make your point without using it, you probably don't have much of a point.

Rape threats/ death threats for asserting that sex is binary, that "woman" = "adult human female," and that maintaining that sex segregated spaces are important for the safety, dignity, and flourishing of girls and women? Gotta stop. Thank God for JK Rowling & her courage!

The attack on a female survivor of sexual assault for speaking up for women's rights, the baseless accusations made against her and the violent threats accompanying them are stomach-churning. Same old misogyny with a new cloak. Incredibly brave of JK Rowling to stand up to the bullies publicly, and I am forever grateful to her and to all who have added their names in support.

There was no malice whatsoever in any of JKR's essays. She's never shown herself to be anything other than a compassionate and charitable woman.
She was expressing concern over the prospect of self id, and last week our Government took the exact same stance. The reaction to her speaking out proved exactly why women need safe spaces in the first place.
JK Rowling was using her platform to speak for women who couldn't, and still can't, for fear of being sacked, shunned, deplatformed, doxed and threatened with violence. Her words have been deliberately misinterpreted, shamefully by the media too, who are complicit in the vicious hate campaign. Nobody can point to her transphobia, because it's simply not there, no matter how much you twist her words.
JKR's courage and unwavering support for women in the face of such vile, deplorable threats of rape/death/violence is admirable. She's a real class act.
Anyone who thinks a woman deserves to be threatened with rape for having an opinion different to theirs needs to do us women a favour and stay the hell away from us.

So sorry you’ve had to go through what you’ve been through. Thank you for talking sense, standing up for women and using you position to say what so many of us are feeling. When we talk with sanity we can make life better for women and trans people. When we get shouted down and threatened... not only do women lose but so do trans people too.
