I think that the inferences being made about the author’s views due to a character in her latest crime novel represent malice and prejudice against her. Both PD James and Val McDermid have written characters disguised similarly...

Women exist, it's not transphobic to acknowledge our bodies and our struggles. LGTB also exists, and the T should manage their bodies and stuggles. We fight together against patriarchy but we both have the right to name our structural needs. JK has never been disrespectful and she receives death /rape threats? That comes from only one place: patriarchy itself. Trans rights without erasing women rights!
