The abuse JK Rowling has been subjected to and the attack on her work and her feminism has been really shocking to see and hinted of a wave of neoliberalism that has no place in our countries. I stand up for free speech and for feminists to speak anytime on any subject. Thank you.

I stand with JK Rowling. She has adhered to her morals & principles under tremendous fire from trans activists & the men's rights movement. Her courage in standing up for women/children & their safety is admirable.

She has been treated appallingly for stating irrefutable facts and mainstream opinions. People of little self worth love taking offence at anything and dragging other people down to make them feel better about themselves. Will fringe politics ever grow up?!

Very true, that quote: 'It takes a great deal of bravery to stand up to our enemies, but just as much to stand up to our friends.'
It is so very encouraging to see how many people are speaking out against the completely unjustified campaign of abuse and hatred towards JK Rowling - and other women who dare to speak out in defence of women and children.
A very important point in the Original Letter in the Petition: the problem is not just the people who directly engage in targeting women, there are also those who profit from the targeting of women, both online and offline.
