I support J K Rowlins view regarding trans people and wish the world would get some commonsense

I'm a 78 year old UK pensioner and think this dreadful world we live in has gone mad. It was good to grow up in post war Britain and to be a teen/20's during the 50/60's. I do get very concerned about the world we're leaving for our children and grandchildren. It won't make any difference what my opinion is but I want to emphasise my support for J K Rowlins and her views regarding trans people. Keep up the good work for the sake of humanity and common sense

This madness has gone on long enough. Gender is assigned at birth full stop. I am praying hard for this truth to win out.

You are truth. You are courage. You speak for our mothers and grandmothers who had no voice. I really do ❤️ JK Rowling.

Mrs. Rowling, I am a recently retired teacher and mom of three adopted girls. You have been an inspiration to many of my students, and especially to my autistic daughter, Sarah Catherine, who is now a nurse and dreams of going to medical school. We love you and support you. We love your quote, "It matters not what someone is born, but what they grow to be." If you ever come to Mississippi, you are welcome at our house. I'll cook you some good southern cooking. Hold your head up and tell the haters to "Kiss off."

What happened to freedom of speech and having your own opinions?

We are supposed to be in a free speech democracy, not in an authoritarian state where you have to think what you are told.

We desperately need the voice of reason to be heard, like that in the story of the Emperor’s new clothes! Society needs simple clear understanding and J K Rowling pursues this so fearlessly in the absence of other leaders! Huge admiration here! Thank you!
