The opinions put forward by J.K Rowling are an expression of free thought & critical thinking. Both of which are vital & must be accessible to each individual regardless of their perceived status & influence. These opinions when expressed shall result in nothing more than a sincere disagreement by the ones opposing it & yet there are attempts & propogandas to tarnish the Entire image & character of one of the most renowned writers in the history of English literature. There are serious attempts being made to corner J.K Rowling by various ways and means using intimidation via the unfortunate & barbaric means of cancel culture, a fad which has lost many professionals in various industries their meritorious right to a respectful livelihood. I support the LGBTQ+ rights along with all the other basic Human rights & liberties we as humans must be entitled to. But while fighting for the rights of one community we can't vilify the rights of the other just based on a vindictive knee jerk reaction. This way of fighting for "social justice" is simply unjust & unfair. A mob judgment system built on the rotten vices of toxic vindication towards contrarian Expression would paralyze the positivity that drives the crusade for human rights & liberties. Hence the witch hunt must stop ! Cancel Culture must cease to exist ! Freedom of speech & expression within bounds of law (& not subjective morality) shall prevail forever.

S’exprimer et créer librement est un droit fondamental avec pour seule limite l’incitation à la haine. Où est cette incitation dans les propos de JKRowlings ?

Accepting biological sex is real is perfectly compatible with a view that trans people should be treated with respect. This is JK Rowling’s position and to accuse her of hate speech is utter nonsense.

The discrimination against women is based on their sex & reproductive system & it is not hate to insist that Transwomen are a completely different group with their own different issues.

This issue cannot be detached from sex and physiology.
Feelings, words and clothes/makeup are one thing, sex, physical strength and gender are another.
You can respect and love trans people but that doesn't mean automatic reciprocity. It doesn't mean that women have to make room for trans people when safety and sex are still part of the reality for all of us, be it heterosexuality or trans or something else.
JKR has a valid argument.

The person in her novel is a cross dresser not trans, these people are taking advantage of her for her power. I'm proud she's not bending her knee.

I stand in support of JK Rowling and natural born xx women everywhere. I stand against men (and male-identified pick-me women) who seek to redefine the terms of womanhood at the expense of natural born xx women. #ProudTERF

I support trans rights but at the same time affirm the unique biological characteristics of women and the role these play in the compassionate hospitality of 'The Matrixial Borderspace'. cf. the feminist theorist Bracha Ettinger.
