100% behind everything you said JK. And, you only ever have children's best interests at heart. Well done and thank you for standing up and saying what you did.

Whilst gender is a social construct, biological sex is a fact.

Time to stop denying basic biological truth. This does not mean that all trans people are not still loved, valued nurtured, instead they should be able live their lives in peace. It also should not be used to deny the rights of cis women to have their lives fully recognised for what they are, the truly lived experience from cradle to grave. I sign this in support of women and trans people. Can we all stop hating each other and give each other space to be who we are PLEASE!

I have read every Strike book and found Troubled Blood by far the best of them. As a nurse really liked the murderer being a nurse!

"I am what I am, an’ I’m not ashamed. ‘Never be ashamed,’ my ol’ dad used ter say, ‘there’s some who’ll hold it against you, but they’re not worth botherin’ with." (Hagrid in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire")

I'd much rather have a conversation with a thinking, enlightened person like JK Rowling than with the mindless, cliche-spouting fascists who excoriate her.

Why should trans rights be on the way of women's recognition?
