Women are not a subset of their own sex and they need sex-based protections. Speaking about biological facts isn't hate or bigoted. Transwomen are trans identifying men and not literal women and that should be enough. Women said NO!

Common sense and the evidence of our everyday lives tells us that there are two sexes, male and female, biologically based. If you claim anything else, then you are devaluing women, and men. I stand with JK Rowling on this.

Biological Sex is the foundation of evolutionary theory. It governs all aspects of interspecies and sex relationships.
It is not a identity and not up for debate. All sex is binary, we produce sperm or eggs.

I think this hate towards her is really appalling ! People want to hate, they target others to ‘feel better’. J K Rowling has been an example in every way ever since she could. She brought so much happiness to the world. We should thank her ! I can’t believe she is being blamed for anything. Plus, threats and online violence should absolutely be condemned ! Every single person bullying, may it be online or not, is a criminal. It’s time to act against it ! And stop targeting people you don’t even know !!! Stop targeting, period. Stop hate !

JK Rowling did absolutely nothing wrong. The rebranding of age-old misogyny as "woke" and progressive is both appalling and absurd. I salute her bravery, and can't believe a woman has to summon her courage and be BRAVE to speak simple truths in public in 2020.

Trans women are trans women- during lockdown when public toilets are closed many women could not go out due to uterine prolapse, a common lived experience of women
