Like JK Rowling, I am an adult human female and I claim the right to define my category of human being. Trans identity orthodoxy and safety does not trump the need for women to have places safe from the threat or reality of male violence.

It's fact, sex is definitive, gender is a construct. Women who were born female should not relinquish our sex to the thugs who presume they have the right to our sex. It's the ultimate mysogyny. I am outraged by their temerity!!

Allowing people to voice their opinions without being threatened is the most fundamental human right. Good on you JK Rowling, for speaking your mind. I stand with you.

JK Rowling has been subjected to an onslaught of abuse that highlights an insidious authoritarian and misogynistic trend in social media. Shut down the hate abuse of JK Rowling. It must stop.

I'm getting tired of writing submissions on the difference between sex and gender - and how conflating them harms women. But I will keep on doing so until our political "leaders" acknowledge the difference - and change the harmful legislation they have passed.

The attackers are horrendous bullies. To be supporting such a highly regarded fantasy writer, because people have attacked for stating a biological reality, is a very sad sign of the decline of the west, allowing a loud voice proclaiming that it is wrong to call a woman a woman, a man a man; these people frankly are nuts. the same people who agree on genital mutilation and life long drug dependency for a perfectly healthy young person with some challenging who am I thoughts. So, next year it will be people who identify as black/white, asian, even though they are not at all related to these races, who can undergo radical surgical self transformation. The medical butchers and drug peddlars and the do gooders, should all be ashamed for being so bad.

The campaign of erosion, attrition, browbeating and bullying by men and their female acolytes is beyond embarassing, Wear your panties and think about why women internalise their rage? The hallmark of your bullying campaign against JKR is overt, existential, external and mis-ogyn-istic. 'Gynae' refers to the female sex and not the troubled feelings of men. That sociopathic corporates, and their political arm support this bullying is not surprising, they hate women too.

This silencing of female voices is appalling.
