How the hell can such an abominable hate and refutation to acception of identities still exist, with so much epistemic commitment to pure wrongness like linking identity to sexual orientation or mental disorder or even essentializing gender two the physical secondary sex characteristics to which one could be attracted if they were opposite to one's current ones... How can we provide mental health support if we are lying about it. Autogynaphilia is a known paraphillia. It is the drive for most M to F transition.
It is deeply harmful to a society that equates a paraphilia with being a woman.
