Intersex and trans people deserve recognition and I wish they didn't experience stigma and oppression but letting people with penises declare themselves as women seems misogynist to me, especially in the context of rape.. here's yet another way of denying male on female violence.

If JKR can take courage and make a stand against those who persist in promoting the attack on women and girls Sex Based Rights so can the rest of the population who know full well that sex is real human biology is real, human beings cannot change sex no matter how they choose the identify themselves. Children need safeguarding from zealots who want to assert that children are born in the wrong body. Exposing children to gender ideology is a safeguarding g issues. Let children be children! ‘Leave our kids alone’
