Huge Fan of Rowling and also support the LGBTQ+ community but the cancel culture goes too far at times and people should be allowed to have their views even if they’re not aligned to every bodies

I stand with JK Rowling. Biological sex is real. Whilst I support trans people the harassment and bullying of JKR for simply stating what most normal people think, is abhorrent. Rowling is concerned with safeguarding. Thank goodness because under Stonewall safeguarding has disappeared in schools, womens prisons and womens safe spaces. The rape and death threats that she receives from the trans activist community is outrageous. When the lawsuits roll in from young vulnerable children who were damaged by this ideological cult, when the women in prisons start to sue the government and when women wake up to what is happening to them in the name of inclusivity - JKR will be vindicated and those who cheered for her destruction will have to answer for what they have done.

Harassment is not activism.

Questioning and discussing any ideology is not hate, but a fundamental right. Anyone trying to cancel and threaten Women into silence are the true harbingers of hate

Rowling is only guilty of expressing her opinions as a woman. Instead of starting a dialogue, many went straight to trying to destroy her career and discredit her. This isn't the kind of world I want for anyone.

Rowling has some nothing more than speak with honesty and wisdom. When '1984' becomes a guidebook rather than a warning it is time for us all to stand up and be counted as supporters of free thought and the right to acknowledge fundamental biological facts

This cancel culture is a disgrace and the exact opposite of compassion and understanding.

Thanks for using plain common sense. Born in 1939 I was brought up in a simpler world. I admire your courage.

I am glad to see this here. I have been bothered by the eggshells surrounding this.

She created these wonderful books and now people want to get rid of her while still profiting off her work. Isn't that evil?
