Even when Harry Potter's reputation was destroyed by the Daily Prophet, he never stopped trying to tell the truth about Voldemort's return. Now with life imitating art, it's clear that JK Rowling embodies the same brave and individualistic qualities that Harry does. I admire her even more for that. I admire that she hasn't backed down even when many are threatening to review-bomb and cancel everything she tries to create from now on. JKR gives me the strength to keep seeing reality and to not cave to the tribe's insistence that 2+2 = 5 because if you say 4 then it makes them feel distressed. In the past, I gave them that courtesy, but now it's clear that this is more about certain groups wanting control over reality so that they can replace it with a version of their own.

100% with JK Rowling. The damage this ideology is having is devastating. We are teaching our kids that to be male or female is down to very narrow criteria and if you are at all feminine as a male or masculine is a female you must hate your body and therefore medically transition to the opposite of your own.... It is repugnant and flies in the face of all that we "DO" truly know about sex and gender. The fact that any medical professional would sanction and support this on such a wide scale and that any Business or company would insist on their employees using incorrect, false and frankly harmful play acting on fear of losing their income only shows how powerful extreme leftist ideology can be and and the Silencing of detractors is exactly the same as used by every Tyrannical movement across time.....

I want to make the surprisingly "brave" step of publicly defending women's rights and spaces against male intruders. I never would have dreamed that would be a controversial stance to take, but here we are. And Rowling has, with no personal gain, stuck her neck out to do the same.
We are on the winning side, and history will remember us as such.
