Love to all, JK is amazing for doing what she thinks is right. She so clearly loves the gay community and sees policy and safety issues needing to be addressed in order to protect women from the possibly negative effects that men won’t have to worry about as we become a (thankfully) more progressive society. Just because we want a safe place for all trans people does not mean we can suddenly forget about women’s safety in this process. Those .things can and should go hand in hand

An elephant does not concern itself with the opinion of the ant. Sane people should not concern themselves with the opinions of the insane. How such an insignificant group of mentally ill illiterates ever got the public's attention is a mystery to me. Who cares what they think? It's literally .03 of the population. Do we stop to ask every 6 fingered person if they're offended at the fact there's not more 6 fingered on TV? JK Rowling is doing what the rest of refuse to do, Stand up to these mentally ill bullies. I shall not have my future dictated by someone who wants to kill themselves because they were born with a penis. I refuse the term transphobic. I am not scared of you invalids. If anything, most Trans people are normalphobic and biophobic. How dare you assume a non Trans person is going to cause you violence, you sexist bigots. How dare you refuse to acknowledge biology in favour of your "subjective feelings". Mentally ill sexist bigots is all the Trans community is. You think that all being a woman is, is the superficial stereotypes you can flaunt. You gross sexists. You think that anyone who doesn't agree with you,is evil, and is actively leading to your suicide. You mentally impaired bigots.

Nobody should be cancelled for talking common sense.

The money grabbing social media giants should be closed down for allowing cowardly abuse. Anonymity should be removed. The Government has the power to act. We should boycott these companies which permit abuse . For using an ancient English idiom I have been suspended for 24 hours: ' .....should be hung, drawn and quartered' the offensive phrase!

Even if I do not agree with all you have to say I will defend to the death you're right to say it. Freedom of speech is critical to a free society. Cancel Culture is nothing short of McCarthyism and Blacklisting by another name.

You speak for so many of us.

I am a lesbian who has served in leadership roles in LGBTQ+ organizations in California. I am embarrassed and infuriated by the behavior of certain members of our community towards Ms. Rowling. It appears to me to be deeply misogynistic, internally inconsistent and contrary to the basic tolerance that all LGBT folks should know by now is imperative. Sex and gender are wonderfully complex topics. Let's explore their wonder with an open heart and an open mind. Thank you JKR for your courage and thoughtful approach.

People should have the right to have and share opinions. More talking equals more conversations, which can only improves our education and opinions on issues. I support talking, without attacking someone. We have more alike, then different. Let’s open our minds and hearts.
