You cannot separate the creator from the creation. J K Rowling brought so much joy to readers of her books and to viewers who saw movies or plays based on her books.

This issue against JK Rowling is out of control. It needs addressing urgently. For women and children. We all need a safe space but some trans activists are nothing but toxic bullies. The tide needs turning. Fast.

No one should experience such Appalling abuse simply for believing in biological reality. It's time this nonsense was stopped.

JK Rowling believes in the importance of protecting what is naturally and biologically fact and subsequently the rights of men and women. Identifying as a gender you are biologically not is one thing, but to infringe on the rights of men and women because people are not happy with what nature intended is another level. For women to feel marginalised because people who are not biologically women are upset as they don't have the same natural characteristics is ridiculous. We live in a democracy, which at the heart, means freedom of speech. JK Rowling is being "cancelled" and attacked for believing in and speaking up for nature. The people attacking are offended because she is saying that men biologically cannot do all the things women can. Well maybe JK Rowling is offended by the people who are not women but believe by being called a woman, makes them a woman.

There are many of us who support all transgenders but also believe hard fought for womens rights need to be protected.

Of course not all “transwomen” are rapists, perverts, and cheats, but we need to be able to do something about the ones that are.

I read her original letter. There was little in it truly offensive to trans…and the dramatic vitriol against her is puritanical at best. It was rather a gentle raising of concerns. Women have been relegated invisible by history and in their careers, over centuries…it makes me deeply uncomfortable that Rowling is being condemned and “cancelled” rather than simply debated if the trans community disagree with her.

Nothing about women's rights and protections are hateful or transphobic women deserve their rights, safety and fair competition to.
