Keeping our ocean views is a top priority for all of us who bought homes here for that reason

We have been here over 25 years. The ocean views are EVERYTHING EVERYTHING EVERYTHING We are very fortunate to live here. We MUST preserve what we HAVE. Thank You !

I am against any development that interferes with ocean views in Sunset Mesa.

Project No. R2015-03107 will directly interfere with my ocean view. I own property at 18219 Coastline drive directly next to the proposed building. is inconsistent with Policy LU-35. Sincerely, Lisa Hollingshead

We have been here over 30 years. The ocean views are everything. We are very fortunate to live here. Hoping to preserve what we have.

We have managed to preserve the California coastline in a beautiful way - and avoid creating the sad results that Miami and South Beach have seen. To enter a community with plans to build a complex at this stage in the community's history is without sense and demonstrates a disregard for the surrounding neighborhood and its longtime residents. The community should oppose this for multiple reasons - not just to preserve views but to prevent over development of the coastal communities as well.

Please don't allow our ocean views to be compromised. I've lived at 3727 Malibu Vista Drive with my husband since 1986. We raised 2 children here. We cut our trees every year so that our neighbors keep their ocean views. I watched so many friends in the Palisades and in Redondo Beach lose their ocean views, their privacy and even the sun light, because a board gave some inconsiderate new buyer permission to destroy the beauty of the neighborhood. Please don't let that happen here in Sunset Mesa.

Already very crowded , also blocking our view Parking is very hard

No to this development on Coastline Drive.
