A kennel of this magnitude is totally inappropriate for a quiet residential neighborhood. It is 100% surrounded by private homes and our beautiful clubhouse facility which is the flagship property of our HOA. This million dollar clubhouse and it's outstanding amenities is what distinguishes this community over all others in the area. Please do not devalue this bucolic neighborhood by allowing this facility.

I am a home owner in four corners community and am NOT in favor of a housing kennel on the four corners property. Across from our clubhouse/pool/playgrounds.

I live across the street from the proposed animal hospital/kennel and I think it would be a detriment to our community. The noise, odor, safety, and effect on property value are just a few of the reasons I am against the opening of an animal hospital/ kennel in our residential community.

I think having a kennel that will house 50+ animals in the middle of a residential setting right next to the community club house will disturb and upset the community and will go against the way of life we have chose by moving here.

My husband and I are opposed to changing the zoning laws. This facility is not a favorable option for this community. 50 dogs would mean an overall change to the environment, noise, etc. A kennel is not a good option for a family oriented residential neighborhood.

I don't feel that this is the place for a kennel or vet office. This is a family community and we enjoy the tranquility that will most likely be lost if this is allowed here!

I live across the street from the proposed building zoning change. I am opposed due to noise, odor, traffic, and safety issues with my children as dogs come in and out. I bought here 2 months ago to have a peaceful, quiet community, and I believe this will inherently change the community. Several community children also walk by this facility after school from buses and it is close to the community center. I've read studies about the detrimental effects of this type of noise and also cases where these facilities(kennels) are not good for residential communities.
