The City of Beloit Police Department has come to a decision to no longer have an "In memory of #23" decal placed on their squad cars. The number is the badge number of the only documented fallen police officer in the city for 150 years. It has previously memorialized Pete Larsen on the police cars since 2001.

We are looking for people to sign our petition to get the decal "in memory of #23" continued on the Beloit Police Department vehicles. We have had an attorney from our area come forward to represent us and has asked for this petition to help us legally more forward . Please sign and help our community stand for what we believe in.
