Please make Data and SMS independent of talktime balance.
When we exhaust talk time balance we need to use either SMS or Internet to communicate but as of now, when our talk time goes below Nu.20 we can use Internet or SMS.

Even as I was trying to sign this petition the bmobile network is very slow. I live in Mothithang and there is a mobile tower few meters from where I live I don't get 3g. Its high time bmobile to satisfy the customer.

In present times, education, development, transport, communications and every day activities are hugely dependent on ICT & internet. BT would need to bear the negative consequences when there are slow progress in these areas as a direct result of their poor services as enumerated.
