This petition requests that the RTA / Emaar reposition the Zebra Crossings throughout The Greens and The Views before someone is seriously injured. At present the Zebra Crossings are located in the immediate vicinity of roundabouts and road junctions causing traffic to back up on roundabouts and forcing drivers to become stationary on main roads and at junctions when observing Zebra Crossing users. We request that the existing Zebra Crossings are removed by being painted over and are re-painted circa 15m back from where they are currently located.
