Instead of a cash shop revamp, how about a marketing team, tech support team, and ticketing team revamp? Because the current teams are competing to see who's smarter than a boiled egg. And they're all losing.

People buying premium, beads etc. and not being able to play the game normally isnt normal , AND not just premium users, its all of us ......
