I get the same copy/paste answer from this idiot GM Gecko for over a 10 ticket about the problem and made me to want to hunt him in his nightmares :D

In line with your concern, we are doing hourly server patrols 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. We always ensure that any server issues are being taken care of when it is encountered. Updates and announcements on our social media sites are immediately posted before and after a maintenance.
Currently, we do not have any issues regarding server entries, they are stable although there are isolated incidents like this were certain areas are affected.
We implore you again to check on your side. We hope you understand.
