Do not let this game die please

I played this game 10y ago and it was pure masterpiece. Now it pure masters*** because of those lags. I pray for this game since its wonderful when there's no lags.

Save Cabal online Mercury servers!

Mercury is dead from 12.30-22 cabal time. GMs have 2 options: -fix server and get paycheck, -dont fix server and get fired.

I think that's unacceptable to get random answers from all the tickets we send. Once when I wrote a ticket they asked to provide screenshots or a video regarding the issues. I made a 13 minute long video in which I compared every single detail that involve "server response" between Mercury and Venus. From those 13 minutes, 11 were for Mercury. Also my ping was normal (40-50 ms over here),checked connection and closed every background app. When I sent that video to them, their answer was that it's my problem, not theirs. It's immoral what's happening and it puts on full display the corruption of the Game Masters who don't care about the community at all (I hope I don't have to mention thousands of bots running around in non-premium channels and spamming illegal alz trade advertisments in the city of Bloody Ice as well as macro users and botters everywhere). And the lags seem to become worse and worse, being way more often than it was before. Last but not least, the autoban system bans fair people who are dummying to get their wings up and get unlucky with those server crashes in which autoban system detects people lagging as doing "Abnormal activities" (happens if you were casually moving in a wall while lagging or sometimes even when dancing). Please acknowledge those issues and fix them, even if the maintenance takes a week long! Regards, Necr0Wizz, lv 200 WI, EU Mercury

This is not just about Mercury anymore. Venus server has issues as well, not as big as on Merc, but every day around 7-9 PM CEST, the game is just unplayable. PEOPLE GET UNFAIRLY BANNED DUE TO RANDOM DISCONNECTS! BTW: Wormy - Send this to ESTSoft page on Facebook as well after it's done, and to Korean ESTSoft contacts. PlayThisGame are way too lazy to fix this, unless they get whipped by Koreans.
