This underpass has been in need of improvement for a very long time. Certainly wouldn't use it at night.

With many day and weekend visitors to the Ferry - this is not the image we want to project.

You could make so much more of this, it's really depressing and let's an otherwise attractive town centre down.

The walls are distgusting and the noise on the floor of the gangway intolerable plus no disabled access.

Would be beneficial for the station and community given the increased services in future. Something similar to what they did to the undepass in Kilmarnock I think would be fab!

If it's even possible to make it accessible for disabled and buggies, as at the moment they have to take chances with the cars, or inconvenienced with barriers.

The underpath is not good when its raining its slipry and not good if u have a disabilty u see yp sliden in it when its wet not safe needa done up

It's a place that many have to use but find it totally user friendly. The busier the railway gets the more it will be needed.
Would be great if it could be made useable by disabled persons.
If money was no object escalators and moving walkway would be ideal.
