Improve Traffic Flow and Visitor Safety at Lathcoats Farm

Anything which reduces risk and increases road and pedestrian safety will be a good idea. The proposal appears to be a sensible solution to some of the problems.

Definitely need this additional exit as very dangerous when exiting from overflow- we park up here often as farm is increasingly popular

The parking situation at Lathcoats is becoming a little dangerous. I live less than half a mile away and pass the farm on a daily basis. They need another entrance and exit ASAP.

I totally support the proposal of creating a new exit from the PYO /Overflow car park at Lathcoats farm. They provide so much for families, so please approve their application.

Seems like a good idea, particularly as so many people fail to go round to the exit and instead drive out of the entrance.

I have noticed the potential for accidents for a while now. A separate exit might alleviate this problem, although it still remains incumbent on all drivers to be very aware and drive carefully and considerately.
