Power Teacher Gradebook (PTG) is very cumbersome for ESOL teachers to use. It requires that teachers copy and paste frequently between windows; exempt students from assignments, tests, etc in certain groups; and other issues. These tasks waste time that could be better spent planning and reflecting on instruction and other responsibilities. Why is it that only ESOL teachers have to bare this burden? We request that the people responsible for creating classes for ESOL teachers be required to set up student groups according to the ESOL teacher's schedule, not what is easiest for the person creating the classes on SMS. This is an issue of fairness.
