The broadband speed in the area is dreadful. BT have promised to upgrade the local area to Infinity since March 2012. Despite continually registering interest on their website and offering to pay above the standard rate for this service they have still not upgraded the area. It is remarkable that in 2015 there are still areas within the M25 that run at less than 2MB per second - appalling! It is great to see our MP supporting local residents - thank you!

Internet speeds here are lamentable and BT's processes to provide better services for us are severely wanting. Come on BT, get your act together - your brand is suffering around here and you have an opportunity to make good.

BB speed should be far better given we are paying the same price as those who benefit from faster connections

The speed for internet access is unacceptable as a number of people now work from home, we are being told it could be 2017 before we get high speed!!

The current download speed precludes residents from using BT's own TV service

BT have been promising hi speed broadband for over three years now. The only reason they do not proceed is for profit reasons - it's an absolute disgrace. If a BT director lived in our lane we would have this service without question. Please please please install hi speed broadband in the next three months.
